SEING VI 2026
RRESEARCH AS RESISTANCE
IN A WORLD AT ODDS
This seminar is intended for doctoral students in English studies who wish to present their current research. In an era marked by uncertainty, unrest, and rapid change, this seminar aims to create a space for reflection on how our work engages with and responds to the challenges of the present. As previous editions corroborate, this event allows students to connect with peers who share similar concerns and face similar challenges throughout their research years. During this seminar, PhD students will be accompanied by early-career researchers and post-graduates who will share their skills, hopes, and fears, as well as by senior lecturers and experts in English Studies research.
