1st MIRCAALT Young Scholars Doctoral Seminar: "Queering the Limits: Transgressing Meaning, Identity, Representation and Culture"
Aitana Monzón Blasco (Predoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of English and German Philology at the University of Zaragoza), on behalf of the organising committee, is pleased to invite undergraduate and postgraduate students of English Studies to submit proposals for the 1st MIRCAALT Young Scholars Doctoral Seminar, “Queering the Limits: Transgressing Meaning, Identity, Representation and Culture,” to be held at La Corrala (Cultural Centre of the Autonomous University of Madrid) on 20–21 April 2026.
The event is organised by doctoral candidates from the MIRCAALT research group and Philobiblion: Association of Young Hispanists.
We look forward to meeting other early career researchers and coming together to discuss our academic and professional concerns.
The deadline for the submission of proposals is 15 January 2026. Notifications of acceptance will be sent in late January 2026.
